Payment method
We never keep customer's credit card information.
We use 128bit encripted SSL(Secure Socket Layer) server through Paypal so that customer pay with credit card or paypal account with worry free.
Our company name will be shown by "Emart LA dba. ITPLUS LA" on check out screen and your credit card statment.

Order Process
All orders which are received in 9:00 AM Pacific Time will be processed same day and usually shipped out within 2 business days.
If the merchandise is out of stock, therefor occured shipping delay, will be noticed by email.

Merchandise Color and Shape
Color and shape might be little different from picture due to photo editing.
Some of items could looks different because package(bottle, box) has been developed new style but contens will be same.

Shipping and Handling
We will ship usually within 2 business days. We will ship the goods only the ship to address matches with credit card billing address.

Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charged the same shipping charges that applies to the original order includes undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect address entered on the order form.

We ship out world widely via UPS® and fee will be calculated by location and weight automatically during check out.

Exchange
The opened items never allowed to exchange for health and safe reason.

All merchandises are inspected by our professional before ship out.
If merchandises are a kind of clothing, you can exchange an item for following reasons;

different color, size, style, item arrived damaged, defective or was missing parts from the box.

To get an exchange,

1. You should get Confirmation number by email to storemanager@emartla.com we'll issue confirmation number as soon as we get request (can be used our contact form).

2. Pack merchandise with safe bag or box to protect damages while delivering.
Original manufacturer’s packaging and shipping box can be used. Please make sure to include all tags came with merchandise.
Ship it up to fully insured shipping carrer i.e. UPS® or Fedex®. We are not responsible for lost packages.

3. Email shipping carrer name and tracking number to storemanager@emartla.com as soon as you shipped out to prcess at certain time (can be used our contact form).

Return Policy
The opened items never allowed to return for health and safe reason.

If you are not satisfied, merchandise can be returned for any reason within 7 calendar days of delivered date. You will pay 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not reimburse return shipping & handling fees.
Please allow 14 business days from the date of return to issue a credit. We will examine returned item to see whether it is in the original condition.

If you should return the merchandise you need to get a RMA number first. To get a RMA number please email to storemanager@emartla.com with order number, and certain reason. The returned merchandise without RMA number will not be guaranteed to refund.

The merchandise should be re-packed with safe bag or box to protect damages while delivering. Original manufacturer’s packaging and shipping box can be used. Please make sure to include all tags came with merchandise.
We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are lost tags or damaged.
